Ultra-high precision worldwide wireless touch probe system

The WRP45P/WRP60P is a high-precision probe equipped with a wireless transmission system from Marposs. This probe automatically detects the position of the machine axis, allowing anyone to perform work positioning and high-precision measurements. The T25P, based on piezoelectric technology, guarantees remarkable accuracy and a repeatability of within 0.25 μm (2σ). With its wireless transmission system, the operational range is wide at 15 m, making the WRP45P/WRP60P ideal for large machines. Furthermore, by adopting a modular design, the WRP45P/WRP60P can inspect complex surfaces and deep hole workpieces that are difficult to access by using extensions of up to 1 m in length. The WRP45P/WRP60P operates through a WRI receiver via a 2.4 GHz wireless transmission. It is designed to avoid interference as much as possible with a 79-channel DSSS (Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum) security system.
